Newly renovated, two-room small apartment in the center of Split

Beautiful small apartment, in the very center of Split, 48m2. The apartment is two-bedroom, spacious and bright, very nicely used space, north-south orientation. A complete renovation has been carried out, including a change of installations, so it is empty and ready to move into. The advantage is the attractive location of the apartment, right near the center, and all other amenities such as schools, shops, kindergartens, free public parking, so it is suitable for individuals, but also for a small family, or for rent. The property is neat.
