Building land 5 km from Poreč, Istria

For sale is an attractive building plot of 2020 m2, located only 5 km from the center of Poreč and the first beaches. The plot is located in the very center of a quiet place with complete infrastructure (electricity, water, sewage, asphalt access road) next to the plot itself. The plot is regular in shape and flat, which allows for easy planning and construction. Due to the size and configuration of the terrain, there is a possibility of parceling into several smaller construction plots - ideal for investors, building family houses or multi-apartment buildings. The location offers a peaceful environment, while being close to all amenities - shops, schools, kindergartens and restaurants.
