House Selce, Crikvenica, 100m2

A unique opportunity on the real estate market! The Maison agency offers an authentic stone seaside house located in the very center of a traditional fishing town on the Crikvenica Riviera. The house extends over 3 floors and is decorated with thick stone walls, which have long since ceased to be the standard in construction. This is exactly why you become the owner of something timeless! Do you want a one-minute walk to the central square and waterfront? This property provides just that! It is located in the very center of the city, not even 50 meters from the sea, waterfront, shops, cafes and restaurants. All content is literally at your fingertips. The house requires reconstruction and has a valid building permit for that. The new owner thus gets a time of maybe two years because all the documentation is ready for construction. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. There is also room for one additional toilet. The stairs lead to the 1st floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The best part of the house is actually the roof terrace for enjoying the summer days, which ideally replaces the yard. According to the project, the roof terrace has an open and closed part. If you are looking for something authentic and charming that is in the center of town and very close to the sea, and you are creative and love design - this is an opportunity for you that you should not miss.
