House Premantura, Medulin, 495m2

Istria has quite a few gems and Cape Kamenjak is one of them. The town of Premantura, which overlooks Kamenjak, also has some of its jewels, and the house you are just visiting is definitely one of them. You might run your own small hotel, hostel, or you might want to rent out apartments and dedicate your life to a wonderful and always lucrative tourist activity. But maybe you have a big family or you just need a lot of space where you can afford everything you want. The choice is great: fitness, sauna, creative room, billiard room, music studio, of course in Istria there should be a tavern, as well as a well-stocked wine cellar. In the house you are looking at, you can do all this on almost 400 square meters of space at the moment, and you will still have space left. In it you will find 4 apartments, 9 rooms, each with its own balcony and as many as 9 fully equipped bathrooms! The work of the Slovenian architect Andrej Velkavrh is fully expressed in the transitions from the inside to the outside of the house, which breathe and are flowing, and the staircases also have the role of a garden. The house is completed by a fantastic terrace with a view of Cape Kamenjak, Cres and Velebit and the center of Premantura. You will not find such a terrace far around. The house also has a small garden house, which has 50 square meters and all the necessary papers. The garden has space for a jacuzzi or pool, and the beach is just under 400 meters. Premantura and its surroundings, including Medulin and Pomer, are among the most sought-after areas in Istria, and Pula, only 15 minutes away, has also experienced a tourist boom in recent years. This house is worth seeing to buy it and fill your life with sweet worries.
