House Buje, 214m2

On the edge of a small Istrian village, on a gentle hill with an open view of green Istria and the sea in the distance, sits this special stone house full of character and atmosphere. The courtyard is small, landscaped and not passable, which provides peace and privacy. On the ground floor there is a large tavern where art exhibitions and gatherings used to take place, while on the first floor there is an open space apartment with a kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and a small bathroom. The stairs next to the kitchen lead to a roof terrace facing southeast with a beautiful open view of the hilly landscape and the sea. The house also has a small toilet, storage room and a separate study with its own entrance from the outside. The house was renovated in 2010, and electricity and water were installed a few months ago. The owner of the property was an artist, and that creative and slightly bohemian spirit can still be felt in the space today. The large tavern offers various possibilities – from a studio to a space for relaxation and gathering. This is not a property for everyone, but for someone who will be able to recognize its character, peace and special atmosphere. Maybe you will even get a visit from a duck... ;) For a viewing appointment and more information, please contact us with confidence, Leonida Meglaj licensed agent +385 95 905 98 98 leonida.meglaj@dogma-nekretnine.com
