Modern house with pool in a quiet location

In a quiet part of Malinska, a new modern house is located, combining contemporary design, top-quality construction and a pleasant Mediterranean lifestyle. This elegant property, built in 2024, extends over 162 m² of living space spread over two floors and offers the perfect combination of comfort, functionality and privacy. The ground floor of the house is designed as an open and airy space in which the kitchen, dining room and living room are harmoniously connected into a pleasant whole with access to the terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. On the same floor there is a hallway, storage room, bedroom, bathroom and additional toilet, which makes this property practical for everyday family life. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are three spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and two balconies with a sea view, ideal for enjoying peaceful morning moments or warm summer evenings. This property is particularly valuable due to the high quality of the equipment and modern technical solutions such as underfloor heating and multi-split air conditioning, which ensure maximum comfort throughout the year. The carefully landscaped garden features a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a covered terrace for outdoor gatherings and two parking spaces. Thanks to its excellent location and amenities, the house represents an excellent opportunity for both tourist rentals and luxurious family life on the island of Krk.
