Istria, Svetvinčenat, Borkodići - Stone House with Swimming Pool and Courtyard, 507 m²

RE/MAX Real Estate Center proudly presents a fully enclosed authentic stone house with a swimming pool and courtyard – a place where time slows down. There are houses that simply offer space, and there are those that create a feeling. This traditional stone house, built in the spirit of heritage and the warmth of home, is a place where, upon entering the courtyard, the fast pace of modern life, obligations, and time itself seem to disappear. Surrounded by greenery and privacy, with details of wood and original old stone, the property radiates authenticity and a unique atmosphere that is difficult to capture in photographs. The house was built before 1968 and was completely renovated in 2019, carefully restored while fully preserving its original character and the charm of traditional stone architecture. The living area extends over approximately 212 m2 across three floors, while the ground floor itself covers around 90 m2 and offers a highly functional layout.
