Labin, house under construction with a beautiful sea view

Labin, house under construction with a beautiful sea view. In a quiet, sun-drenched small settlement not far from the sea, a two-storey house under construction is for sale. The ground floor is designed as an open-plan space combining a living room, kitchen, and dining area, with access to a covered terrace, as well as a guest toilet and a storage room. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom, an additional separate bathroom, and a terrace offering a stunning sea view. The property is sold in its current unfinished (roh-bau) condition as shown in the photos, allowing the new owners to complete it according to their own wishes and preferences. The house already has installed joinery, and excavations for a swimming pool have been prepared on the plot. This property offers an opportunity for comfortable family living or as an investment in tourism, thanks to its peaceful location close to the town.
