Authentic Historic Hotel by the Sea on Lošinj

The hotel located on the island of Lošinj, in an extremely attractive location only 10 meters from the sea, represents a rare opportunity on the real estate market. The close proximity to the coast, the crystal clear sea and the recognizable Mediterranean climate create a unique ambience that attracts guests throughout the year. The building was completely renovated in the period from 2001 to 2004, whereby the authentic character was carefully preserved while implementing modern standards of comfort and functionality. The hotel has a total of 15 accommodation units, including 13 elegantly decorated rooms with private bathrooms and 2 comfortable apartments. Most of the units enjoy views of the sea or greenery, which gives guests the exclusive experience of staying in direct contact with nature. There is a restaurant within the facility, which further increases the value of the offer. A spacious outdoor terrace with a capacity of up to 100 seats provides an ideal environment for enjoying the sea, while the indoor space enables the organization of various events, private celebrations and business gatherings for up to 80 people. The location, capacity and existing infrastructure make this property an extremely attractive investment opportunity, with great potential for further positioning on the higher category tourist real estate market.
