Hacienda with exceptional potential

Located in the picturesque and peaceful interior of the island of Brač, this exceptional stone house represents a rare investment opportunity with great potential. The house of approximately 600 m² is clad in authentic Brač stone, while its interior is unfinished, which gives future owners complete freedom to decorate and adapt to their own wishes and needs. It is sold with a preliminary design. It is located on a spacious plot of land of more than 28,000 m², on which olive trees have already been planted, with the possibility of additional planting of grapevines and other Mediterranean crops. The entire property exudes peace and privacy and has the character of a real hacienda, ideal for those seeking solitude and an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere. A special advantage of this location is that the property is only a 5-minute drive from the first beaches (approximately 4 km away) and a 15-minute drive from the famous Zlatni rat beach. The land has been excavated for a swimming pool, and the property itself offers a range of possibilities – from developing a luxury holiday villa, to a tourist rental, to developing a boutique hotel or similar project. The house is accessed via a driveway, making it easy to get to. This is a property with a lot of potential that gives future owners the freedom to shape it according to their own vision.
