An old farm with spring water in house

Near the Maljevac border crossing and part of the municipality of Vojnić (Karlovac County), this beautiful old-fashioned estate is located. If you love retro style, want to accommodate animals, or engage in some craft, then this is an excellent location for you. You can advertise your products and services for free right at your doorstep. Several larger farm buildings adorn this yard, which slopes down to a stream and borders it. 2000 m² in the building zone. The house is supplied by a rural water system from a spring, and the municipal water system has just passed, with a connection in front of the house. The electricity connection is active. It is immediately habitable, but some adaptation will be needed for slightly more comfort if required. The abundant orchard is sufficient for ample supplies of jam or brandy. The house itself is old, wooden, on a concrete basement/ground floor. The lower part consists of a storage room, bathroom, and kitchen. The upper floor is accessed via an external staircase and has a balcony and 2 entrances. The wooden part consists of 3 rooms and a hallway. The house was built before 1968 and can easily be legalized. The neighboring large shell house will also be for sale once the conditions are created for it, but it is not part of this offer. It is possible to buy up to 11 hectares from the same owner, with that land, which is well maintained, separated from the yard with the house by a road – an opportunity for a slightly larger investment?
