Malinska, new semi-detached house with pool and sea view!

Within the Kvarner real estate offer of the agency Stan Grad Immobilien, a designer‑planned and modernly built tourist house is for sale on the northern Adriatic, on the island of Krk. The property is located near Malinska, in a quiet area away from the town bustle, making it ideal for holidays as well as year‑round living. This newly built semi‑detached house features a heated pool and a landscaped garden. The house is under construction, with a total area of 122 m² and a 200 m² garden. The ground floor includes an entrance hall, guest toilet, storage room and a spacious open‑plan living room with kitchen and dining area, opening onto a large covered terrace with a summer kitchen, garden and pool. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a terrace with a lovely sea view. The house is equipped with high‑quality systems and materials: Viessmann underfloor heating, Mitsubishi air conditioning in all rooms and SYNEGO REHAU ALU‑PVC joinery with triple glazing. Two parking spaces are provided, and the location offers peace and privacy. The property is sold on a “turnkey” basis. Planned completion is winter 2026. The property is within the VAT system, so the buyer does not pay real estate transfer tax. The owner guarantees clear ownership and technical documentation, as well as a fast and secure transfer of ownership. We look forward to welcoming you to our office on the island of Krk. Should you choose us, Stan Grad Immobilien will gladly assist with the ownership transfer and the re‑registration of utility accounts.
