Istrian villa with open panoramic sea views

Northwest Istria, Gornja Bujština Istria is full of beautiful landscapes and places that look down on the sea from high hills. In one such place, this beautiful rustic villa measuring 226 m2 net (286 gross) is located. What makes it special is its position, on a hill, which from a height of open view overlooks the hilly landscape towards the blue Adriatic. An ideal place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of life, while its south orientation provides plenty of sun. The house is arranged over two floors. The lower floor is dominated by a spacious living room (with kitchen and dining area) oriented towards the outdoor terrace, and the view across the infinity pool, to the aforementioned panoramic scene. On the same floor there is also one bedroom with a bathroom, a space for pool equipment and a room for technology, a small toilet and a playroom. The first floor of the house is reserved for vacation in 2 spacious rooms (EN SUITE) with bathrooms, and each room has its own terrace. The house is currently in an advanced stage of construction — it is under the roof, with floors and carpentry installed, while the final works are still in progress. The future buyer is provided with a fully completed and move-in property, and the completion dynamics can be adjusted according to agreement. The photos are partly informative in nature because they were created during the works, and some have been additionally visually adjusted to better convey the final appearance of the space. Equipment included in the price: -floor heating, heat pump -heated pool -solar collectors for hot water -landscaped environment -automatic irrigation - Infinity pool measuring 10x3.70m2. For those looking for a vacation house, it is in an ideal location, and yet, the proximity of the border and the airport makes it attractive for people who travel frequently, as well as for tourism. For a real impression, we definitely recommend coming and viewing in person — with an appointment, the house can be completed in a relatively short time.
