KAISER - IMMOBILIEN presents you 6 apartments of 78m2 each and 6 apartments of 34m2 in 3 residential units with elevators Medulin is a small coastal town in the south of Istria County, not far from Pula, known for its indented coastline, mild Mediterranean climate and relaxed tourist atmosphere. Once a fishing village, today it is a popular holiday destination thanks to its long sandy and pebble beaches, especially the one on the Bijeca Beach peninsula, which is a rarity in Istria. Medulin is a blend of natural beauty, crystal clear sea and rich history, and offers visitors a variety of activities such as water sports, cycling and excursions to nearby islands. The 78 m² apartment is designed with an emphasis on comfort, functionality and a contemporary lifestyle. Located in a modern building equipped with an elevator, it provides easy access to all floors and is fully adapted for people with disabilities. Upon entering the apartment, you enter a spacious hallway that leads to a quiet night area, where comfortable bedrooms and an elegantly decorated bathroom are located. This part of the apartment provides privacy and a sense of relaxation, ideal for relaxing after a long day. From the hallway, you enter a bright and airy living room that harmoniously continues into the dining room and modernly designed kitchen. This open space exudes the warmth of home and is perfect for socializing, family moments or relaxing with a view of the surroundings. A special charm of the apartment is given by a spacious terrace with a captivating, open view of the town, which provides an ideal corner for morning coffee or evening enjoyment in peace and quiet. The apartment also has one parking space, which further facilitates everyday life. In buildings 2 and 3, a shared swimming pool in the yard is planned, which will provide future residents with an additional level of luxury and pleasure during warm summer days.
