A large pool, jacuzzi, and auxiliary facility, all positioned in the lower part of the plot to enjoy views of nature at any moment. The exterior of the villa is designed in a traditional style with the addition of complete outdoor lighting, while the interior is complemented by a modern lifestyle and design, open spaces, and comfortable rooms. The ground floor of the villa is mostly connected into one space, creating a living room, dining area, and kitchen, and additionally contains a bedroom, bathroom, and equipped gym. The goal was to ensure panoramic views throughout most of the villa, thus the space is enriched with wide glass walls, which naturally provides ample natural light. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and additional terrace. The construction has been carried out with special attention and top-quality materials, which is evident at every step of this villa, complemented by quality furnishings and equipment. The location is extremely quiet and isolated, with a well-known tavern Vrh, a winery, and a café bar in the settlement. A car is essential for other needs. The town of Buzet and the picturesque place of Motovun, as well as the beautiful Butoniga lake, are 15 minutes away.
