Large sliding glass walls with motorized opening further enhance the modern feel of the interior. Heating and cooling are provided by inverter air conditioning units in all rooms, and the bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The interior features first-class ceramic tiles and high-end bathroom fixtures from reputable manufacturers. Balconies are enclosed with sleek glass railings that preserve unobstructed views. The apartment includes a private parking space. Completion of construction is expected in April 2026.
