Svetvinčenat, spacious stone house ready for a new shine

Istria, Svetvinčenat area Not far from Svetvinčenat, in a peaceful Istrian village where life flows at a slower, more natural pace, we are selling a house that carries everything most valued in Istria — authenticity, stone, and space with a story. This is a setting for those who want privacy and calm, while still staying close to the amenities and year-round atmosphere that Svetvinčenat offers. The house is defined by the charm of traditional Istrian construction, recognised in details such as stone, vaulted ceilings, generous rooms and an old cistern. The total area is around 250 m², with a yard of approximately 230 m² — enough to create a pleasant outdoor corner for rest, gatherings and everyday life under the open sky. It is important to note that the house requires investment and renovation, yet that is exactly where the opportunity lies — for someone who wants to create a home to their own measure and bring new shine to a property that already has strong character and authentic Istrian spirit. Homes like this, with such elements and size, are an ideal base for family living, a holiday house, or a project that can gain value over time. An opportunity for peaceful family life in the heart of Istria — contact us for more information and to arrange a viewing.
