Land with started construction - Mali Iž

Building land for sale with construction underway. The house is located on a plot of 433 m2. Electricity is available near the plot. There is no city water on the island, so it is necessary to build or install a water tank. A very beautiful and attractive location to do something of your own choosing in the Mediterranean style. The plot offers a beautiful view of the sea, and you will certainly enjoy peace and quiet. Mali Iž is definitely an ideal place for a quiet vacation away from the tourist crowds and busy city life. Since there are about a dozen smaller islands and rocks around the island, sailors and diving enthusiasts will have enough locations to explore, and many people head to the Kornati National Park from the island of Iž.
