Poganovci, house under construction with attic

In the peaceful village of Poganovci, just a 20-minute drive from Osijek, a brand-new single-storey house is rising, built to modern standards with top-quality workmanship. Beneath a new roof, the extended attic will provide valuable extra space. The ground floor is designed to host an entrance hall, a spacious open-plan living-dining area, a kitchen, a cosy bedroom, a bathroom, and a large room destined for a traditional bread oven – the ideal gathering point. From here, stairs lead to the attic where a second bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms are planned, while the remaining loft area will serve as storage or hobby space. Two garages are projected at the rear, and the generous plot offers plenty of room for a garden, pool or playground. The property is currently at shell stage; next come electrical and plumbing installations followed by PVC joinery. The listed price reflects the current phase and will adjust as construction progresses. Title is clear and unencumbered – a secure purchase opportunity in the heart of Slavonia.
