A modern apartment with a net area of 48.08 m² is for sale, located on the ground floor of a high-quality residential building. The city center and the old town of Poreč are only 2 km away, while the sea and beaches are just 1 km away. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area (26.48 m²), one bedroom, a bathroom, and a loggia. The apartment features underfloor heating via an air-to-water heat pump system (Daikin Altherma), which also provides domestic hot water. High-quality Italian ceramics have been installed, along with a 12 cm stone wool façade insulation system, PVC windows with triple glazing, mosquito screens on all openings, and motorized shutters. The building consists of a ground floor and three upper floors and is equipped with an elevator by the renowned manufacturer Kone. All corridors and staircases will be tiled up to a height of 120 cm for easier maintenance and long-term durability of the common areas. Buyers can choose a parking option with an additional charge depending on the position and size: underground garage, covered parking space with an electric vehicle charging socket, or outdoor parking space. Additional public parking spaces are available near the building. The building will be ready for key handover on July 1, 2026. All prices include VAT.
