Barban, surroundings, spacious land for new projects

Istria, Barban area In the surroundings of Barban, a medieval Istrian town known for its authentic atmosphere and strong sense of tradition, daily life offers a rare balance of peace and local character. Barban is especially recognised for the “Trka na prstenac” (Tilting at the Ring), a traditional equestrian event held in August, giving the area a distinctive identity while still preserving the privacy and space many buyers are looking for. Here we offer a land plot of an exceptional size – 4,984 m² – ideal for those who want room for a well-planned concept and projects that require scale. Electricity is available alongside the plot, and one boundary runs along the road for its full length, which is a very practical advantage from the start, both for access and for organising any future development. The documentation is in order, making the path towards implementation clearer and more secure. This is a property for buyers who want more space, more options and a location with a story, while remaining calm enough for everyday living or a peaceful retreat. A genuine opportunity for a project – contact us for more information and to arrange a viewing.
