House Rovinj, 40m2

In an excellent location, just a few hundred meters away from the sea and the most beautiful promenades of Rovinj, this small but big house with a beautiful spacious terrace is located. The house has a size of 40 m² on two floors, of which the lower floor is a bedroom with a bathroom, and the upper floor is a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to a 30 m² terrace. The house has been carefully and lovingly decorated and devotedly maintained with excellent reviews from tourists who have stayed there for years, many of them several times. As such it generates an excellent annual income that can be compared to smaller holiday homes with swimming pools. The emphasis here is on romance along with functionality and the luxury of your own outdoor space, adequate both for relaxation with a view of the surrounding stone houses and dining in the fresh air.
