Building plot with a luxury villa project, first row to the sea

Located in an exceptional position in a beautiful bay on the island of Brač, this attractive building plot with an architectural project is for sale. It is one of the few remaining first-row-to-the-sea locations that offers direct access to the beach and an open panoramic view. With an area of approximately 725 m², the plot is of regular shape and fully suitable for construction, featuring an access road and all necessary infrastructure nearby. The land is being sold with a project for the construction of a luxury villa with a pool, combining contemporary luxury with natural materials and authentic elements that allow it to blend seamlessly into the surroundings. According to the project, the villa consists of three floors with a total of 330 m² of living space. The basement is designed as a spacious open-concept living area with a kitchen, dining room, and access to a beautifully arranged outdoor area with a pool, jacuzzi, and large terraces. The ground floor will feature an additional living area with a bar, while the top floor is planned to house five en-suite bedrooms. The floors are connected by an elevator and an elegant internal staircase. Although situated in a peaceful location, the plot is only about ten minutes’ drive from the island’s main port and around half an hour from Brač Airport, making it exceptionally accessible. Thanks to its unique location, proximity to all amenities, and remarkable potential, this property is truly a rarity on the market—an opportunity not to be missed.
