House Motovun

We are selling a house for renovation in central Istria with a magical view of Motovun. It was built in stone in the 1920s and renovated in the 1970s. Situated on a large plot, it consists of a ground floor with a garage, storage room, and a cellar with a fireplace, plus one additional room. On the first floor, there is an apartment with a view of Motovun. Along with the house, an agricultural land of 898m2 in terraces is also for sale, offering countless possibilities for estate development. The location of this house is truly idyllic, with an incredible view of Motovun and the surrounding vineyards, as well as great potential.
