Land in a location near the sea, suitable for building a unique villa

A unique opportunity to build a unique villa on a location located near the city of Poreč and beautifully landscaped beaches is a rare opportunity on the market. Newly built luxury buildings have already begun to fill this new settlement with only 2 remaining available plots. Infrastructure in the immediate vicinity with a landscaped access road allows you to quickly start planning your own facility. If you would like to use this land for business purposes, in addition to building a more luxurious villa, it is possible to build a building with 4 separate residential units. For investors with a vision, it is possible to purchase both plots of land for the development of a larger project on approximately 1500m2 of surface area, which opens up numerous further possibilities. Different options offer you more possibilities and with proper planning you can start your own story of building a facility that will stylishly fit into the location and satisfy your personal wishes. Come and see these 2 plots of land and realize your imagined vision. The property can only be viewed after signing a Broking service agreement, which forms the basis for the further process related to the purchase and sale, as well as the commission fee in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Law. In the case of a purchase contract, the broker fee is 3% excluding VAT and will be charged to both the buyer and the seller upon signing the preliminary contract/purchase agreement.
