Rovinj, apartment with a unique sea view

Istria, Rovinj, Old Town In the most recognisable part of Rovinj, where history meets one of the best-preserved old-town architectures on the Adriatic, this beautifully renovated apartment is for sale. Located in the very heart of the old town, it exudes the unique charm and atmosphere that only such locations can offer. The apartment is spread over two floors with a total of 60 m². The lower floor features two bedrooms, each with access to its own nearby bathroom, ensuring a high level of practicality and privacy. Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, where an open space connects the kitchen, dining area and living room. A particularly striking detail is the large window that covers almost an entire wall, transforming into an almost open space during the summer months and offering a stunning view of the sea and the Rovinj harbour. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022, with the most significant works including a new reinforced concrete floor structure and entirely new electrical and plumbing installations — ensuring safety and long-term value for this old-town property. When we imagine the ideal home in Rovinj, we imagine a space like this — authentic, carefully restored, and filled with Mediterranean light. Don’t miss the opportunity to make this unique home yours.
