HV1602 – Stone house for sale Hvar, placed just some 20m from the sea in a gorgeous bay offering peace and privacy. The surrounding area is adorned by pristine Mediterranean vegetation and just a few neighbouring houses. The house has approx. 450m2 of gross surface distributed over 3 floors and is located on a parcel of 850m2. This property is in fact a summer house build in the 17th century which was then thoroughly renovated and adapted into a stone house in 2000. The parcel in front of the house (separating it from the sea) is not buildable, leaving the views unobstructed. The first level of the house includes a small apartment and a separate toilette. On the second level is a spacious one-bedroom apartment. The final floor is unfinished, that is has only bare walls and installations. This space can be arranged as another apartment of approx. 80m2 net space. The large enclosed property includes a private parking space for 2 cars. The electricity is sourced through solar panels while the water is supplied by a hydrophore tank and an outdoor water well (with a water capacity of approx. 30m3). Due to the large size of the plot, the new owner could upgrade the space with a swimming pool or a lovely paved courtyard boasting fabulous views. In any case, this house represents a renovation project in a natural, picturesque setting. This particular area is reachable by land, via a long macadam road, but also by sea. Hvar island prides itself as the home to the most UNESCO heritage of any island in the world. It is also the “sunniest” island in Europe, whose gorgeous beaches with crystal clear sea are regularly featured in top lists. As a destination, Hvar is equally attractive to families, groups of travelers and individuals as anyone is welcome to enjoy its idyllic scenery and local hospitality.
