Two-storey house with sea view, in a high unfinished state

In a quiet family settlement, not far from Trogir, near clean beaches, a two-storey house in a high unfinished state is for sale. Thanks to its location on a cascading terrain, the house has an unobstructed panoramic view of the sea, bay and islands. Located on a plot of land of 425m2, it includes a total living area of 150m2 spread over two floors. The two floors are interconnected by an internal concrete staircase. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and an open-concept room designed to combine the living room, kitchen and dining room. The upper floor has an identical layout except for one bathroom. This house is an excellent investment either for tourist rental or for family life. Also, given that it is in a high unfinished state, it allows the owner to arrange and use the space according to their own wishes.
