House first row to the sea, Sevid

We are mediating the sale of a beautiful property located right next to the sea in a very quiet bay in the Sevid area. It is a main house of 50m2 with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, and there is an additional, smaller building of 25m2, also decorated as a one-bedroom apartment. In front of the main house there is a paved terrace with a stone barbecue, perfect for quiet summer evenings. The impressive size of the plot of 1360m2 is a special feature, which guarantees exceptional peace and privacy. The yard is beautifully landscaped (olive trees and other Mediterranean vegetation) and regularly maintained. The sea is reached by a road decorated with a traditional stone wall, which particularly emphasizes the harmony of this property and the environment. Blended into the surrounding area, located right next to the sea on a very spacious plot and full of harmony and peace, this property is ideal for families, but also for the rental business. Ownership is neat.
