Non-structural plot Rovinj, 2.600m2

Remax Real Estate Center proudly presents: Just 4 km from Rovinj’s center, in the Marboi area, we are offering this beautiful forest plot located on top of a hill. The land is flat, covers 2,600 m², and is registered as “forest”. It is accessible via an 800 m well-maintained white road leading from the small church of St. Thomas. Thanks to its peaceful, secluded position, it’s the ideal place to relax and unwind to the gentle rustling of the trees in the breeze. Note: the plot is only 600 m from the “Feratta” cycling trail.
