Istria, Rovinj, Old Town, House with soul and potential

Istria, Rovinj – Old Town In the heart of Rovinj’s old town, among stone alleys steeped in history and Mediterranean charm, lies this authentic stone house – a rare opportunity to create your own retreat in one of the most desirable parts of the Adriatic. The house spreads over four levels – ground floor, two upper floors and an attic – with a total net living area of 51 m². The interior requires complete renovation, but a project is already in place that includes a full interior reconstruction without altering the structure, renewing installations, floors, ceilings and walls. This allows the future owner to preserve the original Rovinj character while adapting it to modern living standards. The ground floor features a space planned for a kitchen, dining area and a small bathroom, while the upper floors are designed for living and sleeping areas. The house is already connected to the public electricity, water and sewage networks, making the renovation process straightforward. Located in a peaceful corner of the old town, this property combines authenticity, historical charm and rare privacy – ideal as a charming home, holiday retreat or investment property with strong rental potential.
