Apartment Brzac, Krk, 158m2

Casa Bella offers eight flats near the town of Krk, in a village on the west coast of the island, in the famous Šotovento area. All flats are located in semi-detached houses, so each house has two luxurious and separate living units. Each flat has a large living area with kitchen, living room and dining room as well as four bedrooms with bathrooms. The house also has an additional room that the owner can use if required. All flats have sea views, modern underfloor heating and heated swimming pools of 40 m2. The bathrooms are also in line with new trends, i.e. each has a walk-in shower that is also suitable for older people. The usable area of each flat is 158 square metres. The first flats will be completed and fully furnished by summer 2025. The entire project is scheduled for completion before the 2026 season. Buyers of two flats in the same building can expect a discount. The location, design and overall layout of this development offer great opportunities for rentals and weekend breaks, both in the summer season and out of season. The island of Krk is located in the northern Adriatic in the Kvarner region. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is a well-known tourist destination. However, the flats are located in a place that offers privacy. The area is about 40 minutes by car from the city of Rijeka and about 2.5 hours from the capital Zagreb. The roads are first class motorways. The island has its own airport, which operates during the season. Croatia itself is a full member of the EU and NATO, uses the euro as its currency and is considered one of the safest countries in the world.
