ZADAR, NOVIGRAD - Building land 150 m from the sea We are selling a very attractive building land in Novigrad near Zadar. The field offers a spectacular view of the sea and Velebit and is located in the newly built part of Novigrad. Novigrad is a small fishing and tourist town and municipality in Zadar County in Croatia. In order to distinguish it from Novigrad in Istria, the names Novigrad Zadarski and Novigrad Dalmatian are also used. It is located deep in the bay of the Novigrad Sea under the remains of an ancient fortress (Fortice) on top of a steep hill. It is located 33 km northeast of the historic town of Zadar. To the greatest extent, it has preserved its original medieval appearance and about 550 inhabitants live in it. Far from city crowds and popular tourist destinations, Novigrad today enjoys peace and tranquility after centuries of turbulent history. In addition to the two public beaches with natural pebbles, the Novigrad coast abounds in small hidden bays that, in the shade of tamarisk trees, ensure the privacy and intimacy of bathers. The sea is extremely clean and ideal for families with small children. Novigrad is only 20 km from Zadar airport, and Paklenica National Park is about 15 km away as the crow flies. This wonderful building plot in Novigrad is a real asset and a smart investment for the future of your children and family.
