Brac, old stone house for sale, 850.000 €

The property consists of several old houses with a tavern and courtyards for which a unified project was made, and a building permit was issued. The plot area is approximately 1,841 m2. It has a sea view. The intention was to create a tourist complex with several rooms/apartments. A property with great potential, located in an authentic environment, ideal for all lovers of traditional architecture. Houses with original stone walls. A complete reconstruction is required (roof, installations, carpentry, interior). The plots offer enough space for a garden, pool or additional facilities, and the position of the house ensures peace, privacy and a unique experience of the Mediterranean ambience.
