Beautiful property in Lika, for sale

We are mediating the sale of a beautiful, well-maintained and very charming main house, and an additional building. All of it is located on a plot of 8500m2. The living area of the main house is 100m2, while the usable area of the auxiliary building with a garage (outbuilding) is 90m2. The main house is spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a living room/bedroom, and the space can be arranged as a separate apartment. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and another living room with a kitchen and dining room. The house is in very good condition and was completely renovated in 2011. The house has all the connections (along with a septic tank), and there is an asphalted public road leading to it. The property is full of fruit trees and the overall impression is that this is a very good opportunity for family purposes, but there are also possibilities for improvement for tourist purposes. The location itself is very quiet, while all facilities are located in nearby Donji Lapac, which is a 5-minute drive away. Ownership in order.
