Building land Barban, 2.998m2

The Municipality of Barban is located near the eastern coast of Istria, southwest of the Raša River and northwest of the Raša Bay. It is situated just 20–30 kilometers from popular coastal towns (Pula, Poreč, Rovinj, Labin, Rabac), and about 20 kilometers from Pazin, the administrative center of Istria County. Barban is becoming an increasingly desirable destination for both living and tourism — thanks to its rich history, stunning nature, access to the sea via Raša Bay, and a variety of gastronomic, adrenaline, and recreational activities, all contributing to the development of the municipality. The heart of the municipality is the picturesque medieval town of Barban, known for its rich historical heritage. In this idyllic setting, just outside Barban, lies this attractive plot of land with a total area of 2,998 m². It consists of 525 m² of building land and 2,473 m² of agricultural land — ideal for those dreaming of a home with a spacious yard in a peaceful, green environment. The plot has direct access to a paved road and is located only 2 km from the center of Barban, offering the perfect balance of privacy and proximity to all essential amenities. An added value: the land is sold with a ready-made architectural project, and the application for a building permit has already been submitted and is currently in the approval process — significantly simplifying and speeding up the construction phase. This property offers an excellent opportunity to build your own private oasis — whether as a family home, vacation house, or investment.
