Building plots in an attractive location

We are mediating the sale of more than 5000m2 of building land in an attractive location within a residential zone, in the immediate vicinity of the sea, on the Šibenik Riviera. These are six building plots that form a whole within an existing development project that was conceived as a collaboration of several smaller investors. By purchasing these plots, you have the opportunity to become part of this joint investment. The plots are planned to be built with five villas with swimming pools and a total of 50 apartments. According to project analyses, the expected return on investment is almost 36%, which makes this offer very attractive. All plots are of regular shape, passable and ready for construction. The infrastructure is secured and the ownership is in order. The location of these plots in a residential zone near the sea is what makes these plots a rare and perfect opportunity for all investors looking for a profitable and safe investment.
