Primošten/ Newly Built Luxury Villa with Mediterranean Charm

This modern, detached, newly built luxury villa is located not far from the famous beaches of the stunningly beautiful town of Primosten. The concept of this high-quality property is the Mediterranean lifestyle, paired with sophisticated architecture and state-of-the-art building technology. The luxury villa was built on a 600 m² plot, and the living space of 225 m² extends over two floors. The highlight of this Mediterranean villa is, among other things, a open plan living- kitchen-area on the ground floor, which is designed as a foyer and has a ceiling height of approximately 9 m. This creates a large, airy living space with natural light. In addition, a blackout mirror has been mounted up to the ceiling on one side of the wall, making the living-kitchen-area appear even larger and creating a modern, highly elegant ambience. The view of the pool is also special, as the wall facing the pool also has a height of approximately 9 m and is made entirely of glass. Thanks to excellent insulation and SunGuard window glass, as well as blackout curtains, the villa is always pleasantly cool. The ground floor also features a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, storage, and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find not only three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, dressing room, and private balcony, but also a wellness area with an indoor whirlpool overlooking the pool and the beautiful Mediterranean surroundings. The technical equipment includes a heat pump-powered underfloor heating system that covers almost the entire building, six air conditioning units, and a smart home system. A high-quality Italian designer kitchen is included in the purchase price. There's also an additional storage room (36 m²) and parking space for three vehicles. The outdoor area also has a lot to offer: a carefully landscaped garden with palm trees, a swimming pool with an adjacent fire pit, and a sunbathing area. It's important to note that unobstructed views of the sea can be enjoyed from every corner of the building. Contact us now to schedule a viewing.
