Malinska, Rasopano, authentic renovated stone house with swimming pool and garden

Kaiser Imobillien agency offers an authentic renovated house in the idyllic small town of Rasopasno on Krk. Rasopasno is located in the western part of the Dobrinj municipality, in the interior of the island, yet close enough to reach the sea and the summer breeze very quickly, and upon return, peace and quiet, a gentle breeze and birdsong are guaranteed. It was named after the rosopas plant, which in Dobrinj is also called Marijina rožica, and which, when picked, releases red juice, and is very medicinal. Located in the hinterland of Malinska, this renovated old stone house offers a unique opportunity for both vacation and family life, because Malinska has everything you need for a comfortable family life. The living space of this wonderful, warm house extends through the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a living area consisting of a charming equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room where the central part is occupied by a wood-burning stove, spreading a warm, old-fashioned touch. The living room opens onto a covered terrace, which, along with a large 35 m2 swimming pool with salt water and a sunbathing area, makes an ideal space for relaxation and enjoyment in the peace and greenery of untouched nature. The stone terrace, the shade of an olive tree and a multitude of Mediterranean plants and a light breeze guarantee idyllic evenings by the pool and barbecue, a glass of wine and a good snack. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and an elegant modern bathroom. The entrance hall of the first floor is decorated as a corner for enjoyment and has access to a balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful nature and environment. The building is air-conditioned, and in addition to a wood-burning stove, it also has heating wall panels on the ground floor. The garden is large, 744 m2, decorated in an indigenous style, with an abundance of fragrant Mediterranean plants that are not demanding and can withstand the sun and heat. The old well and olive tree, stone vaults and stairs make this property an irresistible reminder of the good old days, and the interior offers all the comfort and convenience characteristic of today. There are also two storage rooms and parking spaces for several vehicles on the plot.
