Apartment house in the city center

In an extremely attractive location, just 20 meters from the waterfront, an apartment house is for sale. Situated on a plot of 90 m2 and spread over 5 floors, it occupies a total living area of 200 m2. The house consists of seven condominium units; six of which are classified as studio apartments and one as an apartment. The apartment on the ground floor occupies a living area of just under 49 m2 and consists of a room, a combined kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. On the first and second floors there are two studio apartments each, the largest of which occupies an area of 23 m2. On the third floor there is the largest studio apartment of almost 37 m2 and in the high attic there is another studio apartment of slightly smaller size. Almost all apartments have access to terraces from which there is a view of the sea and the city center. All apartments have their own bathrooms and kitchens. This house is an excellent opportunity for tourist rentals and the larger apartments can also be used as year-round residence units, given that the house is located close to all relevant amenities.
