Two level apartment in a new building, Korcula

We are mediating the sale of an excellent opportunity to purchase a peaceful family oasis in one of the most beautiful bays on the southern side of Korcula. These are two level apartments (east and west) that span the ground floor and first floor. The area of the east apartment is 126.10m2, while the area of the west one is 128.03. On the ground floor there is a staircase, storage room, toilet and a large living room with kitchen and dining room (popular open concept). It is from this living area that you can exit to an impressive terrace with a spacious swimming pool, and for complete enjoyment, we emphasize that one part of the terrace is covered. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the entire bay. The location itself is very quiet, it is a few minutes’ walk to amenities such as a restaurant and a shop, and the building is located in the second row to the sea (30m from the sea). The carefully designed garden also includes a parking space for each apartment, while we especially highlight the exceptional quality of the construction itself (heated swimming pool, complete heating and cooling solution, etc.). The apartment will be handed over to the buyers in a high-quality unfinished state. Ownership is in order.
