House Trogir, 156m2

In the old town of Trogir, a stone terraced house is for sale, with a total area of approximately 146 m2. The house extends over four floors – ground floor, first, second and third floors – and is just a few steps from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes and all important amenities. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, bathroom and storage room. Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there is one bedroom, living room, toilet and terrace. There is also an external entrance leading to the first floor, which allows the ground floor to be separated as a separate business space. On the second and third floors there are two more bedrooms, and one of the rooms on the third floor also has an exit to a balcony with a fantastic view of the old town. The building was built in the traditional Dalmatian style and is more than 300 years old. Partial renovation is required, but the house is solid and has all utilities. The proximity to historical sites and walking distance to the city beach make it an ideal property for tourism. A rare opportunity on the market due to its location and potential.
