Condo/Apartment Podmurvice, Rijeka, 67,50m2

3-bedroom + living room apartment 67.70 m2 (approx. 83 m2 in nature) for sale in Podmurvice. The apartment is located in an Austro-Hungarian villa from 1885, which is located within walking distance of several faculties, shops, bus station, park, and KBC Rijeka. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has its own separate entrance, is characterized by high ceilings, and consists of: a closed entrance veranda with a tavern attached, 3 bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and storage room. The biggest advantage of this apartment is definitely the spacious garden that is available for use by this apartment. Within the garden, which is completely fenced, there is: a brick fireplace with barbecue, a garden, a paved terrace and the previously mentioned tavern. As for the apartment itself, new installations were installed in the bathroom 3 years ago, as well as tiles, and new laminate flooring was installed in the living room. Currently, the heating is on a heater (electricity) and a thermal stove, and city gas is also supplied to the building itself. In addition to the possibility of heating with city gas, the apartment also has a chimney, so there is also the possibility of heating with solid fuels (wood, pellets). Given its location (close to all facilities needed for everyday life as well as several colleges), this apartment is a solution for solving the housing issue, and also as an investment for long-term rent (students).
