Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the traditional Istrian village of Juršići, this newly constructed stone terraced house blends timeless character with modern comfort. Spread over three levels and offering 140 m² of living space, the home features a welcoming living room, kitchen with dining area, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The open layout leads directly to a sun-soaked terrace and a private 15 m² swimming pool, perfect for outdoor leisure and relaxation. Upstairs, four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms provide comfort and privacy, while an internal staircase ensures smooth transitions between floors. The ground level offers direct access to the landscaped yard and outdoor amenities. Included in the sale is a 34 m² annex, designed as a self-contained apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and a storage area—ideal for guests or rental income. The home is equipped with traditional wood-fired heating and has provisions for installing solar panels. Future owners can personalize interior furnishings and finishes. The house is sold fully completed and move-in ready, with final works scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for serene family living or a smart rental investment in one of Istria’s quietest and most authentic rural locations. Juršići is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere, traditional stone architecture, and easy access to Istria’s cycling routes, wine roads, and heritage landmarks. It’s the perfect balance of countryside calm and proximity to coastal towns. Your satisfaction is our mission. We look forward to future collaboration! https://alphaluxegroup.com
