TURNIĆ Apartment with large terrace and sea view

RIJEKA (TURNIĆ) Very interesting apartment of 75 m2 with a terrace of 26 m2, a prefabricated pool and a view of the sea, located in a smaller house with only three apartments, in a dead-end, extremely quiet street. The apartment has a separate entrance and has no contact with neighboring apartments, so its specific location guarantees complete privacy, an atmosphere like in your own home. It consists of an open space with a living room and kitchen, a dining room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In 2010, this interesting apartment was completely renovated. In addition to the renovation of the interior, a new facade with thermal insulation and external carpentry were installed on that occasion. A beautiful terrace with a barbecue, a garden house and a swimming pool allows moments of relaxation with a view of the sea and a garden with olive trees, while simultaneously living in a city district with all its advantages. A rarity on the market, don't miss it!
