Business premise Batinova Kosa, Topusko, 700m2

This restaurant/hotel has a new roof and 2 electricity connections. It is also connected to the city water supply network and has 2 wells of 6m depth, just in case, or irrigation. It is located on the main Karlovac-Glina road and currently has no serious competition within a radius of about 30 km. The main hall can accommodate 90 guests and the covered terrace of 18x5m is a bonus. The sanitary facilities for guests and staff as well as the kitchen need restoration. The carpentry is in solid condition and is currently being renovated. The sizable garden was intended for tennis courts. The garage is large enough for 3 trucks, and the 6-room house with a bathroom has access from another terrace of 56m2 that connects both buildings. There is also a kitchen on the ground floor of the same building - a former juice production plant. The main building on the first floor has 3 rooms intended for staff and an apartment. The attic was not in use but has potential for more accommodation on 100m2 under the new roof. Possibility of purchasing the adjacent plot and having at your disposal an area of 16000m2, of which a third is in the construction zone and therefore huge potential.
