Detached house on the small island of Rivanj, first row to the sea

Exclusive sale of this exclusive property located on a small island in the Zadar archipelago. We present you an exceptional property located on a small, almost untouched island near Zadar – in the first row to the crystal clear sea, where privacy and peace are guaranteed. The house is located on a spacious plot of almost 800 m² and extends over three floors – two vertical and one horizontal. One floor is fully finished and ready to move into, while the rest of the house offers great potential for decoration according to the wishes of the future owner. The yard is rich in Mediterranean greenery and amenities for outdoor enjoyment: landscaped gardens, spacious terraces, stone barbecues and old olive trees fit perfectly into the natural ambiance of the island. The property is located in complete seclusion – it is surrounded by only a few other buildings, and in front of the house there is its own mooring and a small dinghy with a new engine that the owner is giving away to the future buyer. In addition, there is an additional berth available in the nearby harbor, just 200 meters away. The first shop on the island of Ugljan is a 5-minute boat ride away. This property is the perfect choice for anyone looking for an authentic Mediterranean experience, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday tourism – ideal as a summer oasis, private retreat or luxury investment.
