House Vintijan

We are selling a modern perfection that combines nature and comfort, located on a total land area of 2600 m2, hidden among trees and greenery, only 10 minutes away from the city of Pula. It consists of a large plot of land with stone features and an authentic house with three apartments. It extends over several separate parcels with elevation differences that ensure playfulness and varied functionality of the property. On one part, there is a swimming pool embedded in an old quarry; on another part, a badminton court; on an elevated area among the trees in deep shade, a relaxation area with loungers; and a separate parcel ready for the construction of another building, secluded from view in deep shade. This is a perfect property for complete relaxation, dreaming, and creativity. This was also the guiding principle of the investor during construction. The house is renovated in a very authentic Istrian style, with plenty of stone and wood, a large yard, and two additional apartments. The house is categorized and serves for tourist rental. A heated swimming pool sized 8x7m, located at the foot of a stone ridge, provides pleasure and tranquility that few properties can surpass. Next to the pool, there is a covered area with an outdoor kitchen and a socializing space, ideal for summer enjoyment in this paradise. This property is a fusion of history, nature, and simplicity. A place that offers the silence of the forest, the perspective of historic quarries, and proximity to the vibrant city of Pula.
