Near Vižinada, new construction! Single-family house with pool

In a peaceful neighborhood near Poreč, a modern single-story house is being built! This single-story home, covering 90 m², is situated on a 400 m² plot. It consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate WC, and a kitchen with a living room. The living room opens up to a yard that features a garden and a swimming pool, an outdoor shower with solar heating, and two parking spaces. Privacy will be ensured with a green fence. Each room will be equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The construction follows a "turnkey" principle, meaning you'll only need to add furniture. The house is also adapted for people with disabilities. Work is planned to begin in the summer of 2024. This house offers an ideal opportunity for relaxation or tourist activities. It is located just a few minutes' drive from all necessary amenities, and only a 20-minute easy drive from the nearest beaches and the city of Poreč.
