Agricultural land Kirin, Gvozd, 36.614m2

Excellent opportunity to acquire a large agricultural area that has been in pristine condition for 30 years!!! Ideal for farming or livestock farming. The plots are completely wooded and are managed as pastures, arable land and meadows. There is not much infrastructure here, the road is macadam and the soil is intersected by drinking water sources and streams. The land borders 6.4 ha of land at the same price that we also have on offer, which makes 10 ha in an abandoned village. Opportunity or challenge?
